In the 2017 Nursing Council of Kenya licencing exam, Consolata Fidenza School of Nursing was ranked position 3 in the entire country.
We are working round the clock to maintain this high standards.


Admissions
The school currently has two annual intakes in the month of March and September. The year 2012 saw us grow from admitting female students only to admitting both male and female students.

Applications are received through out the year and interviews are ongoing for both the March and September intakes.

Our History

Consolata Fidenza School of Nursing was started in 1965 by the Consolata Missionaries from the Diocese of Fidenza, and hence the name, Fidenza School of Nursing.


Consolata Fidenza School of Nursing is under the management of the Catholic Diocese of Embu and is located within Consolata Hospital Kyeni.
Fidenza School of Nursing offered Certificate in Nursing until the Year 2006 when the Government of Kenya phased out Certificate Courses in Faith Based and Private institutions in the country. During that period (1965 - 2006), over 1,000 Nurses graduated with Certificates in Nursing.


The School of Nursing admitted its first Kenya Registered Community Health Nursing (KRCHN) students in September of 2006 and has since had 270 graduands in its 5 graduation ceremonies.
