Mumias West Technical & Vocational College is a Government-funded public institution located on the outskirts of Mumias Town, within Kakamega County.

Mumias West TVC  offers a state of the art courses which; are in line with the current national and international job market and give the community a chance to fulfill their career needs at one point.

As an ISO-certified institution, Mumias West TVC is committed to providing affordable, accessible, sustainable, and quality training by ensuring our services are effective and efficient and meet the client’s expectations. Mumias West TVC is located on the outskirts of Mumias Town, within Kakamega County, about 1 km from Musanda Center and about 12km from Mumias Town, we are about 40 kilometers from Kisumu City. Kisumu City stands at the center of the Great Lakes Region and is fast emerging as a hub for the East Africa Economic Union. It is also emerging as an academic city with a range of newly established and flourishing colleges and universities.
