Mandera TTI is located North West of Mandera East Sub-County in the peripheral areas of the town of Mandera County Headquarters.
MTTI is situated only 8km from Mandera CBD, MTTI is located on a 50 acre piece of land along Mandera - Khalalio - Aresa - Rhamu Road. It is adjacent to Neboi shopping center.
