Ortum Mission Hospital School of Nursing

Ortum Mission Hospital School of Nursing is a faith based medical training institution located in the Cherangani range of hills in West Pokot County, about 100km from Kitale town along Kitale-Lodwar highway.

Ortum Mission Hospital School of Nursing offers Diploma training in Kenya Registered Community Health Nursing and has been approved by the Nursing Council of Kenya. The Nursing School has students and staff from all over the country and beyond.

Ortum Mission Hospital School of Nursing provides high quality training in a Christian atmosphere that is conducive for all learners to engage in study, research, spiritual and other extra-curricular activities.

As an institution, Ortum Mission Hospital School of Nursing believes that nursing education should be relevant to the needs of the community and acts as a channel through which nurses develop a basis for decision making and evaluation.
