Housekeeping is an operational department in a hotel, which is responsible for cleanliness, maintenance, aesthetic upkeep of rooms, public area, back area and surroundings. A hotel survives on the sale of room, food, beverages and other minor services such as the laundry, health club spa and so on.
This Housekeeping and Laundry operations programme is developed to equip students with a working knowledge of accommodation facilities it also entails personnel hygiene and hygiene attributes, cleaning methods, rooms attendance, housekeeping services and laundry services. The course also ensures that our students are able to face challenges In present era of hotel housekeeping.
