This Land Surveying Certificate program is one year course designed to introduce students to the basic fundamentals of Land Surveying to prepare them for entry-level jobs in the industry or for further educational pursuits, such as a Diploma or Degree, within the field

At the end of this course, students will be able to:
- Use primary tools for surveying and making maps such as field equipment, mapping and GIS (geographic information systems) software.
- Understand and apply fundamental principles and techniques of leveling, traversing and co-ordinate calculations, and errors distribution.
- To understand and apply the theoretical and practical concepts of Land Surveying.
- Apply legal principles to the resolution of boundary problems.
- Demonstrate good team work and communication skills.
