This Food and Beverage Management course is designed to produce graduates who shall eventually take on specialized food and beverage roles in the hospitality industry.

There are many different careers that you can choose to pursue, but those with a diploma in food and beverage management are usually suited to higher leadership positions. Positions usually include head of operations, manager, human resources manager, and quality assurance manager. It may be possible to work in any area of the operation of a restaurant.
By the end of the course, students should know the ethics of the hospitality industry, the legal aspects, food and beverage production, accommodation and hosting, among others.
